Welcome! My name is Beth Houtrow, and I am the creator of Climb: The Small Business Book Club. As a small business owner, I know all too well the daily challenges of managing a business. Being your own boss is freeing, but it’s also a lot of work and can be lonely at times. Climb - The Small Business Book Club is designed to give small business owners like you access to two things that are essential for success: continual learning and a community of like-minded founders. With 15+ years of community building experience, I have designed a setting where you can build meaningful connections with other entrepreneurs. And I have applied my 10+ years of experience as a professor, instructor, and coach, to create a compelling and action based book club curriculum. After every meeting, you will walk away with strategies and ideas that you can immediately apply to your business.
